You can design a fully configured enclosure for your outdoor application in minutes using our online software. When you submit your design, you will receive an email with a PDF drawing of your design, along with a ‘3D eDrawings’ file

Unlike most off-the-shelf enclosures, the GTT range has many unique features;

• GTT die-cast enclosure are IP67 100% leak tested during manufacture and have full traceability (barcoded) back to manufacturing batch.
• Our die-cast range are treated with a Chromium passivation treatment (SurTec 650) to create a corrosion resistant seal prior to powder coating treatment.
• We have a unique module approach to our I/O ports with a full range of Data Port configurations to suit most applications in the field.
• We stock a range of suitable N Type antenna for most popular frequencies, 3G, 4G, 5G, LoRa, Wi-Fi, DSRC, GPS etc
• Our enclosures are ALL fitted with Gore® breathable valves designed to release moisture content and stabilise pressures preventing moisture at atmospheric dewpoint.
• Our enclosures are designed to with a large surface area designed to maximize heat dissipation.

We provide a wide range of robust IP67 antenna for use with our outdoor enclosures supporting popular application frequencies including; 3G, 4G, 5G, LoRa, WiFi, DSRC and GPS.

GTT enclosures have an integrated Gore® breathable valve that prevents problems created by moisture and pressure inside the enclosure in the field.

Our enclosures are manufactured in die-cast aluminium for maximum reliability. Die-cast is not only exceptionally reliable when compared to plastic it is fully UV resistant. In addition, diecast is an excellent material for effective heat dissipation through its large surface area.

Our fully configured enclosure solutions (configured with I/O and Data and Power interfaces) have been tested as assembled solutions … guaranteeing IP67 protection for your electronics in harsh outdoor environments.

The Integrated Gore® valve technology prevents problems from moisture and pressure inside the enclosure when in the field.

Our non-plastic materials (where exposed to the elements) are manufactured from Stainless 304 material and are salt spray tested for 96 hours.

Our materials are not only salt spray tested for 96 hours but also, when applicable, are wind resistance tested to speeds more than 62 m/s.

We can typically assemble and despatch small sample quantities within 48 hours of receipt of a Purchase Order.

We partner exclusively with the AVNET Group of companies; namely Newark, Element 14 and Farnell. Our enclosure-configuration tool can also be found on the Newark, Element 14 and Farnell websites … where you can design enclosure solutions for your outdoor application with immediate availability from the AVNET Group across the world.

The cost of a fully-assembled-enclosure sample from GTT will depend on your desired configuration; but as you create your design through our online enclosure build tool, an indication of the cost is provided on the screen
